Our experience in managing and advising on organisational projects, such as staff transfers, pay and reward initiatives, relocations and reorganisations, and outsourcing, enables us to provide end-to-end support for clients in all sectors

One high profile client recently turned to us for support in managing a complex integration involving a TUPE and collective redundancy process after a share acquisition.

The client wanted to focus redundancies on the newly acquired entity, to minimise disruption for all staff across the wider business, to ensure that exiting staff were motivated up to their departure, and to bind them with new covenants.

Working closely with the client, we developed an approach to achieve these aims while minimising the formal process where possible (through voluntary redundancy and settlement agreements). At the same time, we advised the company on the formal process for employees unwilling to take voluntary redundancy.

By devising an innovative fee structure that combined fixed and capped fees, we were also able to complete the project well within the client’s budget for the project.
