INSTITUTIONAL INVESTORS

CITY EXPERTISE, REGIONAL VALUE

We act for a number of notable institutional private equity clients including HgCapital LLP, Phoenix Equity Partners and Business Growth Fund plc, as well as family offices such as Charlie Parsons Creative and GSP Private Equity.

Our team is built on and led by lawyers with strong City private equity experience and backgrounds. This expertise allows us to service institutional clients in the style and manner to which they are accustomed. We can offer a City style service with the benefit of a premier regional firm's pricing structure.

We cover all types of private equity transactions on behalf of the institutional investor; from start-ups and growth capital to buy-outs, public-to-privates, portfolio management, debt or equity re-organisations and exits by sale to trade/financial buyers or by IPO.

We have experts in all relevant specialisms including banking, tax, employment and pensions and can therefore confidently advise on the full life cycle of private equity transactions.

Our priority is to ensure the institutional private equity client receives the same standard of deal execution that they expect and achieve this by offering repeat clients a dedicated and consistent cross-practice team.

"Foot Anstey made this deal possible by identifying the suitability of Sub10 for an investment by BGF, facilitating an introduction and working tirelessly with us, Sub10 and Sub10's advisors to successfully execute the transaction. We look forward to identifying more suitable deals with them across the South West." Ned Dorbin, Senior Investment Manager, Business Growth Fund

"We have been very impressed with Foot Anstey, who represent good value compared to London firms without any dilution in quality.  Matt Stoate leads our relationship and is very rounded, responsive, advises commercially where appropriate whilst not being too pushy or aggressive but will stand his corner when required."  Peter Beaumont, Managing Director, GSP Private Equity
