Consumer Credit issues

We advised two training providers on consumer credit issues, enabling one provider to restructure their arrangements to fall outside the Consumer Credit Act and the other to simplify and update their credit agreements to comply with the new legislation from February 2011 designed to ensure compliance with the consumer credit directive.

This will allow both companies to deal with their obligations in the most straightforward way possible and mitigate any future CCA compliance risk.
