Finance for development scheme

We acted for Clydesdale plc to replace an existing lender and provide development finance for a 106-unit residential development. Security was taken over three separate properties including the Greenfield development site, a 48-bed care home (with planning consent for an additional 40 beds) and a mixed-use investment property let to a nursery, convenience supermarket and restaurant.

A significant proportion of the value was allocated to unimplemented consents and the breadth of expertise in our firm allowed us to provide the specialist consideration to the planning position that was required.
