Felicity studied law at the University of Plymouth and secured a paralegal position within Foot Anstey's dispute Resolution team in 2015, since then she has commenced her training as a Trainee Chartered Legal Executive. She is due to qualify in 2020. Felicity is a member of the Commercial Litigation team undertaking a mixture of work such as debt recovery, enforcement, possession proceedings, delivery up, return of goods, consumer and contractual disputes and insolvency.
Felicity acts for a number of banks and other financial institutions, LPA receivers and a range of companies as well as individuals in debt recovery, consumer and contractual disputes.
