Patrick is our Head of Property Litigation and a Partner in our Real Estate group.

He has had conduct of numerous high value commercial property disputes, with extensive experience of acting for developers and landowners in respect of complex £ multi-million arbitrations concerning the value of large site mixed use developments.

His work covers all aspects of general property and landlord and tenant disputes including dilapidations claims, contested lease renewals, disputes concerning alienation, advising on restrictive covenants, easements, contested agency claims, rights of way, rights of light, adverse possession, judicial review and Town and Village Greens.

Patrick also has considerable experience of alternative dispute resolution, acting for clients at over 25 mediations.

Patrick is Chair of the South West and South Wales Property Litigation Association Committee.

He has practiced in the field of Property Litigation since qualification in 1997. Prior to joining Foot Anstey in 2018, Patrick was a Partner of Womble Bond Dickinson for 10 years and before this worked at Eversheds and CMS Cameron McKenna.
