Kevin is a member of our employment team and an experienced adviser to clients on employment law matters and day to day HR issues. He has worked with both small employers without a HR officer, as well as larger organisations with several HR sub teams.
Kevin's experience ranges from advising about statutory rights such as shared parental leave and holidays, to drafting documents such as service agreements, settlement agreements and policies, to cross working with internal teams to assist clients with larger projects such as restructures, and the employment aspect of corporate projects, and to delivering updates and training to clients.
Kevin's most significant experience to date derives from working with large organisations in the education, health, and finance sectors in Wales. His particular career highlights include advising on and preparing contractual documentation for the senior management of a new statutory body; and assisting a client in the education sector with a complex international secondment of an employee to more than one country, based on EU scheme rules.
Kevin has previously authored various online articles on employment law and HR matters. He is also multi-lingual and speaks Italian and Spanish, whilst seeking to improve his Cantonese and Mandarin.
