Anna is a member of the firm's highly regarded property litigation team and heads up Foot Anstey's charity property practice. She specialises in advising charities, social enterprises and healthcare professionals in freehold disputes (such as disputes about title, easements and covenants), commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes, business lease renewals and property related professional negligence.
Anna's experience includes court litigation, First Tier Tribunal (Property Chamber) proceedings, alternative dispute resolution (including mediation) as well as advising on dispute avoidance and strategy property planning. She is recognised as a Leader in her Field by Chambers UK legal directory.
Anna is proud to be a trustee of Dorset and Somerset Air Ambulance. She is also a member of the Property Litigation Association and the former Chairwomen of the Devon and Cornwall satellite branch of the Association of Women in Property.
