Nathan is a partner in the firm's management team and is the partner responsible for the profile of the Bristol office and its engagement with business and community initiatives.
He is a senior lawyer specialising in regulatory work, he advises clients on compliance, corporate governance and the prosecution and defence of regulatory crime.
Most recently Nathan has worked with GC's on their role in governance and risk. His latest cases include advising corporate entities facing prosecution in relation to fatal accidents; a Modern Slavery Act investigation, Border Agency investigation in relation to sponsorship programmes; anti-bribery clauses in supply chain contracts; the risk and compliance programme for a military supply contract; and an holistic approach to risk management, joining up the dots between marketing, procurement, legal, insurance and risk.
Nathan is recognised as a 'leader in the field' by Chambers UK Legal Directory. Additionally, Nathan has particular expertise in leading practice groups and managing people through change. He has held a variety of strategic practice groups and sector leadership roles and been responsible for managing significant client relationships.
