Connie is a member of the employment team. She is experienced in both contentious and non – contentious matters and advises on internal processes such as disciplinary, grievances, capability, disability related sickness, redundancy (process, strategy, pooling, consultation and suitable alternative) and flexible working. Connie reviews and drafts bespoke Contracts of Employment, Directors' Service Agreements, Staff Handbooks and Policies and Restrictive Covenants.
Connie provides immediate commercial and practical legal advice to clients and ensuring that their contracts and policies and procedures are up to date and consistent with current employment law changes.
