Duncan is a leading advisor to businesses and public bodies on projects and portfolio management. He leads the corporate real estate practice, the regional real estate team and several key client relationships from government bodies to energy businesses.
Duncan implements projects and manages the real estate portfolios for key clients such as the Eden Project, Cornwall Council and the London Borough of Tower Hamlets amongst many others. He also leads the real estate practice supporting the business group.
Duncan specialises in public/private collaborations. He has advised on several high profile projects including the acquisition of Northern Rock and Bradford and Bingley's real estate portfolios from UKAR (the UK 'Bad Bank') and the strategic development of five mixed use schemes including the Stadium for Cornwall.
Duncan also specialises in renewable energy. He recently supported the £145m acquisition of an energy business and the development and finance of a ground breaking wind energy scheme for Clean Earth Energy with which was nominated for a national award.
