Rose is a solicitor specialising in work for our FERL sector (Farms, Estates and Rural Land), although Rose works with clients to resolve all manner of property disputes which arise in both rural land and commercial property matters.
Typical clients for Rose include farmers, landed estates and private land owners, developers, commercial retailers and service providers and national charities. The work is also varied with matters such as disputes over ownership and property rights, landlord and tenant work and some environmental and planning aspects.
In her spare time Rose enjoys horse riding, and walking her Jack Russell terrier on Dartmoor.
