Mark acts for national, regional and local house builders as well as housing associations and has a keen interest in the development sector. He primarily advises and deals with land acquisitions (whether strategic options or conditional or unconditional contracts), and also advises and deals with Promotion Agreements, the disposal or acquisition of affordable housing and the grant of utility easements.
Mark’s career highlight to date has been assisting with a £37 million site acquisition in Slough for Berkeley Homes. The transaction required him to put pragmatic and commercial advice to the test to help achieve the client’s goal.
Outside of work Mark enjoys all manner of sport (mainly football and cricket), and also likes spending time outdoors (usually on long dog walks.!
