James is an Associate in our Corporate Team who has successfully led or assisted on a range of Corporate transactions from mergers and acquisitions to management buy outs and corporate governance issues. His role includes drafting and negotiating core transaction documents as well as project management of the transaction to ensure an efficient and smooth process.
James specialises on supporting owner managed businesses advising them on all aspects as they go through each growth phase.
James is driven by understanding his client’s strategic business needs and long-term goals. He achieves this by placing an emphasis on building a long-term collaborative relationship.
James has a strong passion for animal conservation and works closely in partnership with an animal rescue sanctuary in Namibia that he visits on an annual basis.
