New senior hire at Foot Anstey: Corporate Partner, Mark Millar

Top 100 law firm Foot Anstey has recruited Mark Millar from his role as General Counsel and Company Secretary at AA plc. Mark joins as a partner within the firm's expanding corporate and commercial teams.

Mark returns to private practice after 15 years leading in-house teams as General Counsel and Company secretary of the premium listed public companies AA plc, Domino’s Group plc (both were FTSE 250) and media group, Future plc.

His roles were strategic and wide ranging, leading large in-house teams supporting major national and international businesses in delivering practical, commercial, solutions-focused advice.

Before moving in-house, Mark was a magic circle corporate lawyer with ten years of experience in public and private M&A, IPOs, group restructurings and financings and corporate governance issues.

In addition, he has overseen major reputation management projects including significant litigation and data breach management.

Mark is a strong addition and we are excited about the contribution he brings to Foot Anstey's continually growing team.
