Top 100 UK law firm, Foot Anstey LLP, has appointed two new Senior Associates to their renowned employment practice; Kathryn Evens and Charlotte Mortlock who will be based in the Truro and Bristol offices respectively.
Kathryn Evans brings to Foot Anstey almost 15 years of experience in both contentious and non-contentious employment law, where she has been working with employers in the not-for-profit sector, including health organisations, education institutions and charities.
Kathryn has also worked extensively advising clients on the outsourcing and transfers of undertakings, her advice ranging from the strategic planning of such transfers through to the drafting of correspondence with trade unions and the transfer agreements.
Charlotte Mortlock has been recommended in The Legal 500 for her work. She advises on all aspects of the employment relationship from recruitment, through to disciplinary and capability processes, including dismissals and large scale redundancy exercises. She is also experienced in drafting a wide range of employment-related documentation from contracts of employment to directors' service agreements and handbooks.
The appointments of Kathryn and Charlotte are part of the firm's talent investment strategy to strengthen client relationships and to drive further growth opportunities.
