Partner Deborah Carrivick, a member of the International Private Wealth team, has won Gold in the category Woman of the Year: Business Growth (Professional Services) in this year’s CityWealth Powerwomen Awards.
These awards recognise the individuals and companies who maximise the potential of women in the private wealth sector.
Deborah has been commended for her work and extensive experience of advising clients on UK and international tax, trust and succession matters. She acts for individuals, trustees and financial institutions.
Her work involves advising individuals on the UK tax implications of being UK resident and of owning assets in the UK, looking at domicile issues and advising on the UK taxation of offshore trusts and companies. She also advises international financial institutions and global trust companies on international tax and trusts matters, including the preparation of standard trust documents for use worldwide.
This is the third time that the impressive performance of the team at the firm has received recognition from CityWealth. Deborah was previously an award winner at the Citywealth 2015 Power Women Awards (Leadership – Professional Services) with her colleague Anna Parker who also won gold in the category Lawyer of the Year (Regional) in this year’s CityWealth Future Leaders Awards.
Foot Anstey chairman, Simon Gregory, said: "Congratulations to Deborah on her well-deserved award win. This accolade is further recognition of Foot Anstey's respected presence in the private wealth market both nationally and internationally."
