Local property agents Damian Cook (Stratton Creber Commercial) and Clare Cochrane (Vickery Holman) who put together the deal and were involved throughout.
Damian commented: "There was good demand for the building which comprises nearly 10,000 sq.ft on two floors. We received interest from a number of potential users mainly from the leisure sector due to the diversity of the area and the property benefitting from water frontage onto the Canal. We have no doubt our client's decision to go with Exeter Cookery School was the best operator and will be very well supported by the people of Exeter and further afield."
