Corporate specialists at leading law firm Foot Anstey have advised radio operator, UKRD Group, on its acquisition of a majority stake of the Brighton based radio station Juice 107.2. The deal, valuations about which have not been released, sees the group take just over 50% of the shareholding in the business, while existing shareholders retain the remainder.
The deal brings the number of analogue stations operated by UKRD to sixteen with a further eight services delivered via DAB and many more new services being tested for launch in the coming months.
Managing Director William Rogers commented, "We've worked with Foot Anstey for several years now and their in-depth knowledge of our business ensured the entire acquisition process was seamless and efficient."
