Risk & Compliance Senior Assistant
We are looking for a motivated and impressive Risk & Compliance Senior Assistant to join our Business Excellence team in Southampton. In this role, you will play a key part in helping to deliver the firm's risk management strategy through your direct involvement and also supporting our General Risk Counsel Matthew Sturgeon | Foot Anstey and the wider Business Excellence team. Foot Anstey's Business Excellence team is on a mission to be a recognised leader in its field and we're looking for someone to bring drive and an innovative spark to the role. As well as your day to day tasks, there will be plenty of opportunity to develop your skills and assist with more complex tasks.

What you'll do
- Manage & support delivery of risk projects within the team
- (With training) help deliver key accreditations and annual practising certificate and other renewals for the firm
- (With training) provide day to day support to the firm on risk & compliance issues including AML, file opening, conflicts, firm systems, policies and processes
- Maintain risk management intranet areas and policies
- Support with data gathering and preparing reports for various audiences
- Assist with learning and development activities relating to risk & compliance
