We have an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal to join our busy Real Estate team in Bristol, focusing on Renewable Energy properties and clients. This role offers the chance to work in a commercially driven, collaborative team and gain exposure to a diverse range of clients. What you’ll do
- Carry out Land Registry applications.
- Conduct land searches for due diligence on complex properties
- Complete Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) returns
- Perform due diligence and prepare reports on title.
- Manage documents clearly, including preparing and maintaining records.
- Draft email correspondence and documents
- Provide excellent client service.
- Ensure deadlines are met and maintain high-quality work.
- Lead the use of technology to maintain confidentiality agreements for key E&I clients.
What we’re looking for
- Paralegal experience in Real Estate
- Experience with Land Registry applications, searches, and SDLT returns.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional.
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy team with demanding clients.
- Excellent IT skills, particularly in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Highly organised with great time management skills
- Strong work ethic
- Collaborative team player
