Apply nowWe have an exciting opportunity right now for a Paralegal to join us in our highly rated Intellectual Property team in Exeter, or Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career further whilst building strong relationships with our international client base.
You’ll ideally have some experience working as a Paralegal in Intellectual Property/Trade Marks, but as important will be your drive to continue developing your IP passion/experience in a collaborative, fast paced team as you look to gradually build a career in this area. If you’re a highly motivated individual who is keen to learn, develop, and support our IP team through an incredible period of growth, we’re keen to hear from you.

What you’ll do with our support:
- Assist in the administration of our Trade Mark database
- Assist with due diligence reports and Trade Mark clearance searches
- Support fee earners on litigation matters
- Assist in managing anti-counterfeiting cases for major brands
- Offer further support to our fee earners and team on other complex matters
What we need:
- Some paralegal experience along with the experience or specific desire to work in an IP/Trade Mark team
- Ambition and drive, with a proactive, problem solving attitude
- Excellent clear, concise, and effective written communication skills together with great attention to detail
- The ability to develop and demonstrate commercial awareness and business aptitude in making decisions on a day to day basis
- A commercial, client focused approach, with confident, professional internal and external client facing skills
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Well organised with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines
- The desire to work effectively with a friendly, collaborative team in a multi-site business
