Marketing & Communications Executive
We have an opportunity for an energetic, organised, and creative marketing and communications professional to join our Client Development (Marketing & Communications) team. This integral role would suit an ambitious executive, or an assistant who wants to gain valuable experience across a range of marketing and communications disciplines and skills. In this role, you will be a key member of the team helping to coordinate and communicate key messages across our internal and external communications channels. This will involve helping to develop campaigns and stories to share with our clients, potential clients, colleagues and influencers about what makes us different.

What you'll do
- You will be a content champion. Your role will see you work across the team to uncover, write, edit, and share our content. Also, you will be a creative individual with an eye for design.
- Edit and update our external website and internal intranet site, sharing content via social channels, and build internal and external mailings and distribution lists.
- Plan, implement and manage campaigns across digital and internal channels.
- Track and measure campaign success and reach.
- Act as the day-to-day contact for agency relationships, including digital support agencies.
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in a marketing and communications role – 18 months+
- A proactive and organised approach
- Ability to evaluate, edit and repurpose content for specific audiences and channels
- Build and maintain relationships with teams within the business
- Skills and confidence in creating and editing video footage
- Experience working with digital and design agencies
- Experience of using email marketing tools, website CMS (preferably WordPress) and CRM systems is essential.
