What you’ll do:

  • Direct secretarial support to our Mental Capacity team, maximising efficiency through organising travel, meetings, and document production.
  • Handling file management tasks to ensure strict compliance with industry standards, including Lexcel and anti-money laundering protocols.
  • Facilitating smooth file preparation for court, assembling necessary documentation, and drafting clear, concise case notes.
  • Managing client enquiries, handling calls on behalf of our legal professionals, and maintaining effective communication channels.

 What we’re looking for:

  • Exceptional communication skills, particularly in navigating sensitive conversations with empathy and understanding.
  • Strong proficiency in written English and note-taking abilities.
  • Experience in document creation and editing, familiarity with document automation systems.
  • Excellent organisational prowess, effective communication skills, and adept stakeholder management capabilities.
