We're currently looking for a Learning & Development Administrator to join our HR team in Bristol, Taunton or Plymouth to provide administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our new starter inductions and growing development opportunities and training for our employees.  In this role you would have the opportunity to interact with a range of stakeholders across Foot Anstey and Enable Law to take ownership of producing bespoke induction plans for each new joiner ranging from our support staff to our new Partners. You would play a key part in making all our staff feel both welcome and supported upon joining and also continuously engaged with our learning and development opportunities throughout their career at the firm.

What you'll do

  • Administration of staff inductions including scheduling induction programmes, liaising with stakeholders and managers, creating diary invitations for new starters, support in organising materials for induction packs.
  • Undertaking all elements of L & D administration relating to L & D events and learning activities, including:  webinars and e-learning modules, scheduling and booking appropriate training rooms, booking lunches, parking, travel arrangements, updating attendance, monitoring and reporting on uptake
  • Assisting in collating and distributing learning materials, training hand outs and briefings.
  • Administering and monitoring course bookings and promoting courses to relevant staff to ensure maximum take-up of training places.
  • Work with our Executive Director of Learning and Development to liaise with external training consultants and suppliers on arrangements also providing them with diary support.
  • Supporting our L&D Programmes Executive with Learning Management System support.
  • Supporting our Professional Development Manager with the Apprenticeship programme.

What we're looking for

  • Proven and significant administrative experience ideally within a L&D/Training/HR function and/or a professional services environment.
  • Excellent Microsoft IT skills essential (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Able to demonstrate excellent examples of adaptability, initiative, and ownership.
  • Highly organised, with excellent planning and administration skills, experience of working to deadlines, juggling a busy workload and priorities.
  • Great communicator, team worker and able to develop effective working relationships within the HR team and with key Partners and Team Leaders internally
