What you’ll do

In this role, you’ll:

  • Be a part of our Contentious Construction team, who are featured in the inaugural Legal 500 Green Guide UK, working on a range of construction and engineering disputes.
  • Cover all aspects of risk management, strategic advice and dispute resolution, including adjudication, litigation and other forms of ADR.
  • Work closely with national and international clients on major disputes and dispute avoidance strategies.
  • Engage with emerging issues and disputes in the rapidly evolving landscape of utility-scale battery storage and solar farm projects, including financing issues, catastrophic failure as well as delay and availability problems.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for a collaborative and driven professional who will thrive working within the EPIC team and across the firm more broadly, with:

  • 2+ years PQE in a contentious construction or dispute resolution team.
  • A proven ability to build strong client relationships and expand your network within the industry.
  • Able to demonstrable an interest in one of our key sectors, such as Energy & Infrastructure or Retail & Consumer.
  • A shared passion for innovation, collaboration – achieving great things together.
