We are looking for a CRM Manager to join our Client Development team in Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a talented and collaborative team, working with the firm's business development, events and marketing activities through the use of CRM. This role will be responsible for the management and development of the firm's CRM platform, including managing sales pipeline and the integrity of the firm's data. You will be instrumental in the firm's approach to managing clients, prospects and referrers.

You will work closely with BD Managers, Events, Communication specialists and fee earners across the firm. This role will be responsible for driving the adoption of CRM across the business, maximising our potential in the market and helping to strengthen client relationships.

We have recently rolled out Peppermint Microsoft Dynamics technology across the business, this role will provide you with a great opportunity to think about how we can use data to support our growing firm.

What you'll do:

  • Ensure effective implementation of our CRM Platform (built on Peppermint Microsoft Dynamics) including working with Partners, lawyers and professional support teams
  • Ensure that our approach to CRM supports the firm as we enter our new strategic period
  • Identifying new opportunities for how we can use the platform to provide key stakeholders with data to help them grow their practice
  • Work with the BD and Marketing teams to help manage and deliver events and content
  • Work with BD to manage and implement use of CRM to support the sales pipeline
  • Be the point person for use of the CRM platform, identifying and working with champions across the business

What we're looking for:

  • Knowledge of working in a CRM role using a CRM platform, ideally within the Legal sector – experience of working with MS Dynamics would be beneficial
  • Ability to work with a variety of stakeholders, communicating effectively according to the differing needs across the business
  • Experience of recommending process improvements to leverage greater use of a CRM platform
  • Have experience of training and adoption of a CRM system
  • Change/ transformation experience beneficial
  • Outstanding organisation and time management
  • Attention to detail
  • Be a good team player
  • Professional services experience (preferred)
