Apply nowOur Corporate team has enjoyed significant growth and success in recent years and we expect for this to continue for the foreseeable future. In order to keep up with client demand and further build our client base, we are looking for a Senior Associate or Managing Associate to join the team in Exeter, Southampton or Bristol. We have built good, close relationship with accountants in the region working predominantly with entrepreneurial private clients so this will be the main focus of the role, as well as supporting the wider Corporate team.
What you'll do
You will be central to the continued success of the team, managing your own caseload and driving business development initiatives. You will take a solutions led approach, listening to the clients' challenges and providing a bespoke, premium solution. You will be involved in a wide range of work, to include Acquisitions, disposals, MBOs, JVs and investment agreements. You will have excellent opportunities for client contact and good quality work.
What we're looking for
You will have at least 4 years PQE and be looking to progress your career within a buoyant and thriving Corporate team. This is an exciting opportunity as you will have genuine scope to fast track your career within a team with a proven track record of developing and progressing its lawyers.
This will be a challenging and demanding role, working to tight deadlines and supporting highly valued clients. In order to be a success you will demonstrate the following:

- You will be client centric. We measure our success on our clients' success and you will ensure your clients are at the heart of your service.
We do not operate with glass ceilings and your career progression will be entirely on merit and under your control. The recruitment process

Once shortlisted, we typically undertake a two stage interview process, and naturally much of this is done via Microsoft Teams, though some in person interviews and meetings are beginning to take place.
