With recent experience working as part of a busy contentious construction team, you will be seeking to take the next step in your career, where you can enhance your profile and create new and lasting connections with household name clients. We're seeking someone who is personally self-motivated and equally able to motivate others, with the enthusiasm and commitment to share knowledge and build capacity across the wider team. In your current role, you will be able to show how you have begun to engage with new clients whilst expanding existing relationships as a trusted business advisor. You will be someone we can invest in to help us to build and grow the contentious construction practice, and be proactive, motivated and ambitious for its success. In return, you will be fully encouraged, supported and resourced to be successful in growing your practice, and complementing the considerable skills across the sector team. You'll be keen to progress and we will work with you to ensure you realise your potential by agreeing realistic and achievable goals which will get you to where you want to go.

Successful applicants will be required to complete a pre-employment screening process which includes a financial integrity check and a DBS check.
