We are seeking a Real Estate Associate to join our highly successful Developer sector team. This role offers a flexible blend of office and remote working to accommodate client and business needs. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated lawyer to play a pivotal role in driving our growth strategy for Real Estate within the business.

What you’ll do

You will play an important role in our highly successful Developer sector covering a full spectrum of development and commercial property matters. Based either in our Bristol or Southampton office you will share work across the region in collaboration with the wider Real Estate team.

You will be working with Philip Brown, Lara Borrett-Lynch and the wider Real Estate team to advise our national, regional and local developer clients. Tailored to fit your skills and experience, we offer opportunities for your professional development. What we’re looking for

With an aptitude for the technical nature of Developer work and an enthusiasm for building lasting relationships with a range of clients, you have already gained good experience in a similar sized firm and are ready for the next step in your career. Over time, you will have the opportunity to learn from senior lawyers in the team, who are ideally placed to support you in enhancing your commercial understanding, and how to proactively work with clients to meet their needs.

Being motivated to deliver an exemplary service to clients every day, you are keen to progress your career and already work with a degree of independence, which we will further support. In addition, you will be keen to share your knowledge with juniors in the team, providing them with support when needed as part of your own professional development and career progression. As you can tell, it’s important to us that you are team focussed, and enthusiastic about working collaboratively across the wider Real Estate sector to seek out business opportunities whilst prioritising excellent client service.
