With this in mind, we have built a team of legal experts, with knowledge and experience in the Healthcare sector, to ensure that we can provide our clients with a full-service legal offering. Aside from front line healthcare providers, including GP practices, dental practices, and care home provision, we also work with healthcare funders and investors, both locally and nationally.

Beyond service providers, our clients include manufacturers of healthcare products, to whom we offer advice on all aspects of bringing a product to market, from issues surrounding intellectual property to drafting commercial agreements.

OUR EXPERTISE

The Healthcare team is made up of a number of legal specialists, each with in-depth knowledge in their field of law. We advise on strategic issues around the set-up of structures or managing mergers and acquisitions, in addition to more operational matters of employment law and dispute resolution.

With the recent move towards the formation of GP Consortia, we continue to be involved in a number of pathfinder projects, both within the South West and beyond, including running a programme of activities to support GPs in this evolving area.
