Childcare

We know that there may be times when you are worried about the children in your care and you need quality professional advice from someone with sensitivity and discretion.

Our team is one of the largest in the region and is well regarded, providing excellent client care and commitment to this field. The team includes members of the Law Society's Children Panel, Resolution and the Association of Lawyers for Children.

Our depth of expertise enables us to act for children's guardian, parents, children and all family members on a wide range of matters. In particular, we can assist with adoption, domestic violence, cases involving an international element (e.g. child abduction across national borders) and private law childcare advice/representation, including contact and residence disputes, specific issue/prohibited steps orders.

We also provide public law childcare advice/representation for both parents and children: our very experienced team are well respected by guardians, local authorities and the courts and are adept at dealing with complex care cases.
