Injunction proceedings

We acted for the managing director of a large mobile phone company in injunction proceedings. The director had been served with an injunction from his previous mobile phone company that was trying to keep him from working for his new company for some 12 months. The new company was one of the world’s largest mobile phone distributors and the new managing director’s previous employer was its largest competitor.

Within three weeks of being instructed we managed to have the injunction lifted on behalf of our client. The fast-moving case was of crucial importance to both to our client’s livelihood and to his new company.
