We know that it is vital for clients to understand the implications of complex procurements, to ensure the robustness of the competition and to reduce the risks of being challenge.

We work closely with both contracting authorities and businesses on compliance with public procurement rules, often working alongside in-house teams and act on both high-profile and smaller value matters, under all types of procurement processes, including competitive dialogues.

As a full-service firm we can we offer an integrated service with experts in a full range of relevant disciplines, such as commercial contracts and dispute resolution.

We are able to advise clients on a range of issues, including plain English technical legal advice on public procurement procedures, including Part B and below-threshold procurements; drafting tender documents and selection/award criteria; assessing merits of challenges to non-compliant processes, including tactical use of Freedom of Information requests; use of framework and shared services agreements and guidance; and training on evaluation and following the relevant processes.
