Huddleson Matthew

Matthew is head of the employment and pensions team. He is an employment law specialist, with particular expertise in the fields of employment tribunal advocacy, staff transfers (including TUPE) and the employment aspects of corporate (and property) transactions and outsourcing, the employment aspects of insolvency situations, advising employers in relation to trade union activity, and labour relations.

His clients include Stagecoach Southwest, Gregory Distribution and Midas Group. He also works with several other construction and transportation clients, as well as manufacturing and engineering clients, and numerous local authority and other public sector clients.

Matthew is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
