Sykes Duncan

Duncan is head of the firm’s corporate/commercial team advising businesses and investors on all corporate and commercial matters. He regularly advises on investments in and exits from companies in various stages of their growth cycle. He also acts on MBOs and MBIs and acquisitions and disposals of businesses and companies.

His clients have included online gaming companies, national retailers and many businesses in the manufacturing sector. He acts for a range of companies including both family and owner-managed businesses and FTSE 250 corporates.

Duncan is recognised as a 'leader in his field' by Chambers UK.
