Our areas of expertise include advising on both defined benefit (final salary) and defined contribution (money purchase) pension arrangements.
Our experience ranges from advising employers, trustees and members in relation to employer run pension arrangements to advising employers and members in relation to contractual insurance company arrangements such as stakeholder and group personal pension plans.
In particular, we focus on advising employers on their pensions arrangements. We can also advise trustees and individual members, in particular, senior executives with complex pension arrangements.
