However, if issues do arise at any stage during a project or after, we do all that we possibly can to put clients in the very best position at the outset whatever form of dispute resolution is to be adopted (adjudication, arbitration, litigation or some form of alternative dispute resolution such as mediation).

In conducting disputes, our priority is achieving an effective and commercially sound result for the client.
