Helen is a partner in the firm’s company and commercial team.
Helen is involved in a wide variety of work, including business transfers and share acquisitions, company reorganisations, new company set-ups, and the drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements. Helen is also a member of the firm’s specialist Families in Business team.
After graduating from the University of Cambridge, Helen trained in London with Norton Rose, during which time she was seconded to an affiliated law firm in Prague for four months to assist in corporate related work. Helen joined the Corporate Department at Norton Rose on qualification before moving to Foot Anstey. She was promoted to associate in 2008 and to partner in 2010.
Helen’s interests include walking on the Devon coastal paths and being involved in community based projects and church related activities.
