Tamara Hasson undertakes all areas of private client work, including advising on wills and inheritance tax planning, administering estates, lasting powers of attorney and assisting families who need to make Court of Protection applications on behalf of incapacitated relatives.
Tamara has considerable experience in advising in complex family situations as well as advising charities and public bodies on contentious probate or trustee matters, including bringing and defending claims against estates, removal of trustees and challenges to wills.
Tamara is a member of the Law Society’s Probate Section and a student member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
