Robert is a consultant solicitor working with the private client team.
He advises on a range of private client issues including estate planning, will and trust drafting, probate and attorney administration.
Robert joined Foot Anstey as a consultant in January 2009. He had previously worked with their predecessor firm, Foot & Bowden, in Plymouth, where he qualified as a solicitor in 1990. He left Foot & Bowden to take up a lecturing post at Exeter university in 1994, returning to practice as a solicitor with Stones in 2000 where he became a partner in 2003.
Robert is a long-standing member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and served on the committee of the West of England branch for a number of years.
